”I think this experience was pretty much "everything that is right with cyclocross". John and his team should be very proud, easy parking, very nice start area, inflatables, creative use of grass, long stretches and short sections, lots of variability, tight turns, open turns, not just hairpins. Normal and small barriers allowed hopping and running. Course was set such that there was great viewing from multiple places. Fun venue, great small town, friendly people, everything you could ask for."

The Cyclocross courses are designed with loads of fun obstacles and varied terrain - tight turns, bunny-hopping over wooden planks, or dismounting and carrying your bike over vertical boards which run horizontally across the course. If you are looking to have fun and challenge yourself, then enter a MAD race. You'll quickly become addicted!

John puts his heart and soul into cycling. He is an advocate for all outdoors activity with his passion in cyclocross and other cycling events. He always has a smile to give and coaching advice if asked. He volunteers his time as a coach, but more importantly a mentor. He represents cycling at the highest level. Although John is a Gold medalist (deaf Olympian ). He wants to build the love of cycling from intrinsic love not a guy who has a gold medal. As mentioned above he is deaf. He doesn't let that that get in the way of talking with people and building that cycling love. He is an amazing guy and we are lucky to have him ride bikes with us.
